About Me

I began my fitness journey as a Zumba Instructor. At the time, I had three small children and Zumba helped me shed 20 lbs. of baby weight. After 4 years of teaching fitness classes, I focused the next 4 years on weight training. Iā€™m now a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer.

I work primarily with women. I have a deep desire to help women gain confidence and strength inside and out! Gym-timidation is real and dieting is scary. I get it and I'm here to help.

Making healthy choices starts with your mindset. Much of our eating and exercise habits are tied to our emotions towards food, exercise and personal value. I work with clients to reach and maintain their wellness goals through taking control of their personal relationship with food and movement.

I am NOT a fitness or food Nazi. Change is hard! I believe in customizing your program to fit you and taking baby steps. Finally, I lead by example to encourage a lifelong commitment to a better life.
