LADIES STRONG CAMP

 

STRONG CAMP Long Beach offers small group strength training classes for women who want to get sculpted, strong and build muscle.  This is not a cardio, HITT or endurance class. We will never run, sprint or ask you to do silly burpees. Our objective is to build muscle for a better future self. Beginner lifters are welcome.

Participants can elect as few as one class, however, I strongly recommend at least 3 sessions a week for good results. Programming for the month will remain unchanged for every 4-6 weeks which will allow participants to learn, build strength and progress in each movement. 

It is located at my home, space is limited. While I live in beautiful Southern California, weather is a factor and may affect the class schedule. Please pay attention to inclement weather and notices regarding class availability.

 
 

Daily workout split:

Monday - Legs (Quads, Glutes, Calfs)

Tuesday - Back, Shoulders

Wednesday - Legs (Hamstrings, Glutes)

Thursday - Chest, Bicept and Triceps 

Saturday - Full Body
